Space in our house is getting a little tight and my show cupboard is already full. So I decided to make a few additional shelves to hold more shoes. Also, the light in the cupboard is minimal due to the door blocking the light source from the hallway when opened. So I decided to install some LED lights (which I had lying around) and power them from under the house.
This was relatively easy to do because there is already the wiring for the outdoor projection and audio system going from under the house to up in the attic, along with power. So I needed to do was run another cable through to below the house and plug it up under there. Then install a switch to flick on the LED’s when the cupboard is opened.
