Yes. The garage gets very hot and I like my controlled climate. So I am having air-conditioning installed in my man-cave.
The person installing the air-con is a friend of my father-in-law and we offered to run the cable from the power box to the location where the air-con will be installed. This involved removing some pavers, drilling a hole through the garage slab, running conduit and plenty of crawling around under the house. My father-in-law did most of the work so I cant claim much here, but here are the pictures anyway.
- The empty corner shelf was removed to make room for us to work
- Drilling the hole through the slab
- Pushing conduit through the hole and bending
- We installed orange conduit and ran the cable through it
- White conduit used to run up the wall
- While I was at it I decided to take this opportunity to run an extra coaxial cable for TV antenna and put the 2 network cables and coaxial inside a box conduit, looks much nicer
- Replacing the corner shelf

In the summer it gets hot here. Thanks for showing us how your father-in-law installed an air conditioner. Great work!
