Nothing special here. We had quite a large cat gym which stood around 5′ 5″. This was cut down a few weeks before this project to about 1/3 of its size. Now I am further cutting it down to just one scratching post.
Most people just go out and buy a cat scratching post. Not me! Instead I buy the entire gym and cut it all down, salvaging just one post. It creates more work and is good for the soul 😛

So I set about to cutting some more pieces.
